For me bodybuilding is more than just a hobby in fact it maybe an addiction. I rejected bodybuilding for awhile in pursuit of more athletic ambitions. Finally I was backed into a corner and could not run from bodybuilding any longer. I caught the bug after my first show and now I am a bodybuilder for show! I would have never thought the sport that I constantly denied would grab hold of me so strong! It was destiny.

From the start I was always more muscular and stronger than other children my age. I thought this natural ability would make me into the perfect athlete, but fate and politics didn't see it my way. So when things got quiet and frustrations arouse bodybuilding was there waiting to take me away. Now I am here to use the gifts God has given me to try take this thing to a whole new level.
Like a Prodigy I am a head of the game and I will continue to excel until I reach the top. Once I am at the top I will strive to raise level and expectations of natural bodybuilding. I call this my beginning so much is expected in the end.

Training:
As far as training goes I train hard but smart is the foundation of any training program. When training I use three general rules: progressive, frequency, and balance. I am always progressive in my training if not muscle adaptation would not take place. The loads I use increase every workout because the more conditioned a muscle is the harder it is to break it down and if you can't do damage then your muscle will not be persuaded to grow. Frequency is important because of grow stimulus. The more you stimulate growth the faster rate of acceleration. Finally I would not be a bodybuilder without balance. Weaker muscles should always be given more attention. In spite of my nice arm size I train them the least. Calves are always first on my agenda! Compound lifts are the bases of any training program I use so take your pick!

Nutrition:

Now nutrition for me is a different world. In term of nutrition for me more is better. I tend to be more of a calorie counter because I just need to make sure I get enough. I stay lean all year around but it is really not by choice. See I have this complex where I don't get hungry and get full fast therefore there’s this force feeding war going on. So thanks to genetics a calorie is just a calorie to me as long as I get my protein. Pre and post workout nutrition is the staple of my nutritional focus. Don’t get me wrong though junk produces junk.

Future:

Will I be competing at the Musclemania World in November? Yes! I plan to up my game and leave people wondering. I have some work to do though. I want to come in at heavy weight for the Worlds so let the battle continue.
